Ms. Nishi Jain is a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Law graduate and an IP Professional.She has core strength in handling IBC cases good grasp over the coordination and representation of various companies to the numerous authorities involved in the compliance and legal matters.

Mr. Ravindra Kala has an experience of over 39 years in listed companies and subsidiaries across the globe. He has worked with Reliance Chemotex Industries Ltd., Rolta India Ltd., Parksons Group - Mumbai. He has an expertise in managing International Operations, Transfer Pricing, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance Operations, Tax Planning and Finance.

Mr. Uma Shanker Sharda is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and Institute of Companies Secretaries of India. He is Law Graduate and also completed P.G. Dip. In C.W.A (1988) and DISA (ICAI), ID (IICA). He is well proficient in Corporate Law, Project Finance, Investments, Risk Management and Taxation related matter.

Mr. Dipak Poddar is the founder and chairman of the company. He graduated from MIT (USA), was the Managing Director and Co-Promoter of Bajaj Finance along with being the Director of various leading companies in India including several of the Poddar Group Companies.

Rohitashwa Poddar is the Managing Director of the company and is responsible for its growth and strategy. A graduate from Kings College (UK), in engineering and management; a fellow of the Aspen Institute of Global Leadership. He was selected by the Asia Society as one of the top 200 Young Leaders of Asia in 2007. He is also a trustee in the Poddar Foundation and the Poddar Shikshan Sanstha.

Mr. Dilip Thakkar is an independent, Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr. Thakkar received a degree in Commerce and Law from Mumbai University and is a practicing Chartered Accountant. He serves as a Non-Executive Director of 14 other public limited companies in India and two international companies as well.

Mr. Nayak is an independent, Non-Executive Director of the Company. He holds degrees in Science, Law, Marketing, and Advertising from various reputed universities in India. He served as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at the Lakshmi Vilas Bank Limited also he is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers.

Mr. Tarun Kataria is an independent, Non-Executive Director of the Company. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, with an MBA from the Wharton School of Business (USA). He brings 25 years of experience in corporate finance and has served as the CEO of Indian businesses at Religare Capital Markets. He is the Head of Global Banking & Markets in India and a Managing Director of The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (India).

Mr. Tembey is an Independent, non-executive Director of the Company. He is a chartered accountant and a founding partner in Tembey & Mhatre Chartered Accountants. His area of expertise is in finance and taxation.

Mrs. Purushottam is an independent, Non-Executive Director of the Company. With a PGDM - Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, she has over 25 years of experience in financial services such as institutional equities, index business, investment banking and fundraising in both Indian and multinational companies and has successfully managed start-ups and turnaround situations with exposure in sectors such as FMCG, media, auto, and pharmaceuticals.

Mr Mahesh has completed his masters from the University of East London. Mr Mahesh is having more than two decades of experience in the field of Project Management, Construction of high rise towers and mass housing and infrastructure projects in India and The United Kingdom Played a key role in some prestigious projects like redevelopment of the London Stock Exchange, Athletes Village London and was responsible as the Project Director for the Landmark World Towers – World One project in south Mumbai.

Mr. Ravi is an Arts Graduate. A veteran with over 20 years of extensive work in Real Estate. He was a principal consultant with many renowned developers in the Real Estate Industry, including Omaxe, Emaar MGF, Parshavnath amongst many, in the areas of land identification, land acquisitions, liasioning, approvals, etc. Ravi has served as the Director - Academic Council Mahaganpati Ayurvedic Medical College in Dharwad. His biggest strength is the humility and ease with which he has turned bottlenecks of land deals into successful and profitable deals.

Mr Vishal is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has done his Masters in Commerce from Pune University. He has gained 16 years of rich experience in the Corporate Finance, Project Management, Audit and assurance, Mergers and acquisitions, Corporate structuring, Private Equity, ERP Implementation and Financial management, etc. In the past, he was associated with the Big Four consulting firms (KPMG, Ernst & Young (EY), Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC)) and was responsible for the audit and assurance for the companies like Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Merck Ltd, Shapoorji Real Estate Group, Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited, Rustomjee Group of companies, MCA, etc Lately, Mr Vishal was associated with Rustomjee Group of companies as a senior finance controller.

Satyam holds a Masters Degree in Marketing and Finance from Nagpur University and brings with him 17 years of experience in different terrains, be it rural, satellite, urban or metro across various industries including FMCG, Telecom, M-Commerce, Medial and Real Estate. In the past, he has managed and monitored seasoned and successful sales, sourcing and marketing expertise in real estate industry, clubbed with hands-on business experience, creative and adaptive sales approach and innovative team management skills.

Chetan is a B.E Civil and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from USA Having 21 years of post-qualification experience in project management and execution of high rise, township and Industrial Construction. Entrusted with fortifying the construction function in Poddar Housing with his skills and experience. He comes with vast experience having worked lately with Lodha Group of Companies as AVP Construction and previously with firms like Infrastructure Venture India Ltd and Soham Group among others.

Parineeta holds a degree of M. Arch, PGPMX – IIM from Indore. Heads the design and planning function at Poddar. Work profile includes pre-construction activities like feasibility, defining project brief in consultation with the senior management, arriving at a product mix, determining the constructability of the design, co-ordinating with various consultants for a sustainable design, and ensuring quality and timeliness during construction.
